World Class Gymnast, Rings Specialist, certified Gymnastics Coach and Trainer.
With 20+ years of experience and knowledge in gymnastics and sports education, Kelvin developed a passion and responsibility for creating a more functional and well-rounded system for body strengthening and mobility training.
As a coach and trainer, Kelvin draws inspiration from other sports such as yoga, pilates, and callisthenics, combine their strength and mobility movements with gymnastics training methodology to gain results whilst focusing on improving recovery and longevity.
Kelvin has dedicated his life to artistic gymnastics since the age of 4. He started his training as an all-around gymnast but focused on the Still Rings in the past decade.
In 2014, Kelvin made history by creating two original elements in Still Rings, the “NG Kiu Chung” and “NG Kiu CHUNG 2”, and became the well-known Rings Specialist worldwide.
In 2017, He won the bronze medal in the World Challenge Cup and achieved Top 12 in World Championship.

Kelvin made history in 2014 for creating 2 original elements in Still Rings.
Both elements have been awarded the names NG Kiu Chung (HKG) and NG Kiu Ching 2 (HKG) respectively by The FIG Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Technical Committee in 2015.
Kelvin started his coaching career since the age of 16. He is a FIG Certified International Gymnastics Coach, and currently working as a national coach for Hong Kong National Gymnastics Team.
As a personal trainer, Kelvin is a NSCA Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a Msc in Sports Medicine & Health Science from CUHK.
He is now on a mission to help others achieve their physical and mental goals with gymnastics.
